If you call it the infrastructure bill, then you will get distracted by “That’s not infrastructure” arguments.
The name of the bill is “American Jobs Plan.” We aren’t arguing about what a job is.
Call it by its name. It’s a JOBS plan, and those jobs produce roads, bridges, water delivery, sewage treatment, internet services, health care, elder care, child care, and everything else we have neglected under decades of Republican abuse.
